This policy explains what information loganwishart.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

This site is operated by Logan Wishart, a licensed real estate broker associate in Indiana (license #RB25000539) working with the Bomkamp Team at Irish Realty. Throughout this policy, “I” and “me” mean Logan Wishart, and “this site” means loganwishart.com.

This policy covers this website only. My brokerage agent site at loganwishart.irishrealty.net, Irish Realty’s main site, and any listing portal where you find my profile — Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com — are operated by other companies under their own privacy policies. If you submit information there, their terms apply, not mine.

Information you give me

You can read everything on this site without telling me anything about yourself. Information only reaches me when you choose to send it.

Contact form. The form on my contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number, what’s on your mind, and how I can help. Only the fields marked required are required. Submissions are stored in this website’s database and emailed to me.

Newsletter signup. If you subscribe through the signup box, I collect your email address so I can send market updates and occasional notes about local real estate. Nothing more.

Direct contact. If you call, text, email, or message me on social media, I keep that correspondence and whatever you tell me in it.

In the course of working together. If you become a client, I’ll need considerably more — financial details, identification, property information, documents required to complete a transaction. That information is handled under Irish Realty’s policies and Indiana real estate license law, not under this website policy. Ask me and I’ll walk you through exactly what’s required and who sees it.

Information collected automatically

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and how they arrived. It records things like approximate location (city level), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring site. It does not tell me your name.

Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visitor from another across a session. WordPress and my caching system may set functional cookies so the site loads correctly. I do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and I do not run ad pixels on this site.

Server logs. My hosting provider records standard access logs including IP addresses, as essentially every web host does, for security and troubleshooting.

Fonts. Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser including your IP address when those load.

Opting out of analytics

Three options, any of which work:

Blocking analytics will not break anything on this site.

Companies that handle data on my behalf

  • Hostinger — website hosting, server logs, email delivery infrastructure
  • Google (Analytics) — website traffic measurement
  • SureForms — the contact form plugin, which stores submissions in this site’s database
  • Hostinger Reach — newsletter list management and email sending

Each processes data under its own terms. I’ve chosen tools that don’t require me to hand over your information for their own marketing.

How I use your information

  • To answer your question or return your call
  • To send you the market updates or resources you asked for
  • To provide real estate services if you decide to work with me
  • To understand which content on this site is useful and which isn’t
  • To keep the site secure and working
  • To meet record-keeping obligations under Indiana real estate law

That’s the whole list. I don’t build profiles, score leads for resale, or feed your information into advertising systems.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I have never sold it and I don’t intend to.

I share it in four situations:

  1. My brokerage. Irish Realty is the licensed entity behind my work. Client and transaction information is maintained in brokerage systems as Indiana license law requires.
  2. Service providers, when you ask. If you want an introduction to a lender, inspector, title company, contractor, or attorney, I’ll pass along your name and contact information — after you tell me to. I don’t send your information to vendors on my own initiative, and I don’t accept payment for referrals.
  3. My own service providers, listed in the section above, strictly to run this site.
  4. When the law requires it — a court order, subpoena, regulatory inquiry, or a genuine safety emergency.

Calls and text messages

If you give me your phone number, I may call or text you about your inquiry or your transaction. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or just tell me. Message and data rates may apply.

Phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive texts from me is not a condition of buying or selling a home, and I won’t treat it as one.

Email

Every marketing email I send has an unsubscribe link. Use it and you’re off the list — no follow-up asking why. Transactional messages about a live transaction you’re party to aren’t marketing and will continue until the transaction concludes.

How long I keep things

Contact form submissions and general inquiries: roughly 12 months from our last contact, unless you ask me to delete them sooner or we’re actively working together.

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Client and transaction records: retained by Irish Realty for the period Indiana real estate license law requires. That obligation sits with the brokerage and I can’t delete those records on request.

Your choices

Whatever your state, you can ask me to:

  • Tell you what information I have about you
  • Correct anything that’s wrong
  • Delete it, where I’m not legally required to keep it
  • Stop emailing, calling, or texting you

Email me at logan.wishart@irishrealty.net and I’ll take care of it. I’ll respond within 30 days, and it costs you nothing.

Indiana’s Consumer Data Protection Act took effect January 1, 2026 and applies to businesses handling data at a volume far above a single real estate agent’s practice, so its formal requirements don’t apply to me. I honor these requests anyway.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I’ll delete it.

Security

Information travels to this site over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and I use reputable hosting and keep software current. No website is perfectly secure, and I won’t pretend otherwise.

Never email or text me a Social Security number, full account number, or wire instructions. Real estate transactions are a standing target for wire fraud. If you receive wiring instructions that appear to come from me, my brokerage, or a title company, call the office at a number you looked up independently and verify verbally before sending money. I will never email you a change in wiring instructions.

Other sites I link to

I link to outside sources — the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Housing Hub, school data, municipal sites, listing portals. Once you click through, you’re on their site under their policy. I don’t control what they collect.

Changes

If this policy changes I’ll update it here and change the date at the top. Material changes get a note on the site.

Equal housing

I conduct business in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Housing is available to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.
